GLAMMER's Journal, 07 July 2014

Hi, Everyone! I gained .2 lbs, but that's not bad at all considering our 4th of July family picnic, going out to lunch once, & out to dinner once. I also got lots of exercise, & I know that helped keep me from gaining more. Our youngest DD Sarah has moved down from Salem, & is living with us for now. Soon she will be living with our oldest DD & her hubby in Grants Pass. For now we're enjoying her company, & she is doing some cleaning & other help with things we can't do ourselves anymore. Both my Hubby & oldest DD's hubby had to work, so it was us girls til 7:30pm, the Hubby fired up the BBQ & cooked hot dogs & chicken breasts. The girls & I went out to lunch, so weren't that hungry for dinner. That's good I think, as I've heard it's better for weight loss to eat a heavier lunch & lighter dinner. Now I'm back to healthy, "skinny" meals, starting with dinner tonight. I hope you all had a happy 4th too. Hugs, Glammer

Thanks, friends! I need the encouragement, it means so much. I'm determined to just keep doing what I know is right with eating, & I know the weight will come off no matter how long it takes. I just have to keep reminding myself of that. Any progress is better than nothing.
