allowed emotions to get best of me and let someone get under myskin, and late last night i ate an extra 1000-1200 calories shortly before bed. disgusted with myself for it.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
