I feel so happy every time my weight lost. :)
I walk a lot for two days.
I did 100 times sit-ups :)
I still want to lift some weights and do the fitness!! :)
144.4 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.0 lb a week
