Ik ben op hetzelfde gewicht gebleven als gisteren, doordat ik een stevige wandeling gemaakt heb en redelijk wat gegeten heb.
183.9 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
