Finally getting closer to 160! Changed up my workout and counting calories! I've been working on it for a while and I finally figured out how much I should be eating on my rest days and training days! Heres to the next 5 pounds by the end of July (holds up glass of water) Cheers :-)
164.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
