Good Morning Fellow Losers!
Pooh! I'm only down 1.6 lbs in last 2 weeks. Even with drinking liquid breakfasts. I think I'd have lost a little more but had hi calorie & carb dinner last night, breaded veal patty with loaded baked potatoes & broccoli slaw for dessert. I'm going to try once again to start recording everything I eat. I hate doing that, it's such a hassle, but I think it really does help.
Hubby wants to try doing liquid breakfasts too. I'm concerned that this might mess up his sugars, but we'll see. Saw a Snake Fly & a Tiger Swallowtail butterfly while looking out our dining room window, which is right behind my computer. These are both fairly rare to see, so am feeling content & happy, & blessed to be part of God's amazing Creation. Have a lovely day FS'ers!

1.6 lbs is a fantastic loss! As for journaling, it certainly does help. I'm in a nutritional and healthy eating class and the group leader said something that has completely changed my habits and the way I view a food journal. She said that it's a tool to plan what you eat, not record what you've already eaten. Mind = blown! I now plan my day in my food journal the night before. Of course you may have to adapt during the day and update, but then you have a plan to follow for the next day. Good luck!
