not sure how I lost? candy yesterday! I love jelly beans and my daughter bought 2 big bags of m&m's. Maybe the water just washed it all right through!?
182.6 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
