After another week of highs and lows emotionally, physically, and wiegt wise, don't think I did too bad, even hit my 130# mark Sunday! ! but was back and forth as usual, but I'm happy as I did manage to gain 1 # over all!! have a great weekend!
129.1 lb Lost so far: 10.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
