It's hard to believe that changing 1 habit of snacking at night is causing me to lose weight. The problem was that even when I snacked on something healthy at night, my cravings wouldn't stop, and I'd give into them. I've learned that by breaking the night time snack cycle/habit, the cravings eventually stop. Apple cider vinegar may be helping as well.
224.6 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 94.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
