Yesterday was a busy day, I completed about 1 hour of yard work and several hours of badminton, dodgeball and soft ball with the kids. I also danced and did other engaging activities throught out the day. I ate far more than usual and ate my last item around 9:45pm.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 6.3 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
