I started Atkins ( old school) 2 weeks ago and had trouble getting my macros right. Someone told me about this site so here I am. I have been on Atkins several times before. Geeze I remember when the first book came out Dr. Atkins' Diet Revolution in 1972. I have tried every diet out there but keep coming back to Atkins. I need to make it my lifestyle now. I have lost 25 lbs so far and have 80 to go. So I am interested in joining any Atkins group that likes to talk to each other and give support.
