To my FS family I will say this hasn't been an road. I will happily say that this has been one roller coaster ride with many twists and turns. I'm on a better road now, and this hasn't stopped me from continuing my journey to getting the lap band. I don't have a surgeon on board yet. I'm waiting to lose 45lbs in a few months before I get one. So far I've lost 5.6lbs from what I was before and it brought me down to 341.2lbs. I was weighing around 347.8lbs a couple of weeks ago. I am now swing that this journey has a long ways to go still before the finish line of my goal weight of 137.5lbs.
My exercise today has been strength training and walking. I look forward to losing 6lbs this week. My weigh-ins are normally at the end of the week on Saturday mornings.
341.2 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 181.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
