Is there a way to do a journal entry not connected to a weigh in?

I didn't actually weigh myself just wanted to write a quick update as I feel they are useful to look back on later.

I've been feeling great and resisting the urge to jump on the scale more than once a week. I did a program a couple of years ago where you can only weigh yourself once a week, which turned out to be a very healthy experience. Weight fluctuates so often with the smallest of changes and it can get stressful with the constant ups and downs, but a full 7 days gives you a great indication of any progress.

Not sure if others out there like to journal regularly to find their success and weakenss points?

So far I'm keeping it on track. I don't like working out in the evenings, but my workdays are so long that at the moment this time slot works best. I get home from work and instantly change into my workout gear and have made this part of my routine . Once completed the reward is dinner time and something to look forward too lol.

How is everyone doing out there? I hope your week is going well :)

Yes, click on your picture and you will find the journal entry button. You can create a post without weighing in.

Oh Thank you! It's been some time since I used this program and I'm a bit rusty!

DomOlive, I need to take that advice myself. Some small ups and downs can be discouraging when you know you have been true to your diet.

daniellehawkins, I have decided to weigh myself every Wednesday rather than sporadically. Wise advice😊🇨🇦
