Yesterday was an off day, I was exhausted from going out the night before, so I did not workout in the early morning like I usually do. I walked for 30 minutes in the evening and did 30 minutes of pushups, situps, crunches and pilates. I also continue to have a difficult time consuming the 1400 calories on days when I am so busy...I have so much low calorie foods, I feel like I have to eat so much of it to get up to my calorie requirements. I tried. It is definitely a must to keep my body from storing fat.
142.4 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
