Yesterday I got plenty of rest. I ate under my calorie goal, missed my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 245 kcal deficit // BF↑0.2% and is still out of range // Sleep Goal met // Lift Day!!!
153.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
