Well failed miserably on weight watchers, not sure why other than my own self control lol i started again and again and again until eventually I gave up trying. Today I decided to start a version of slim fast its quite similar, shake for breakfast, shake for lunch and a dinner 600 calories max and only water to drink plus two snacks under 100 calories each.
Day 1 is completed, dont feel hungry, really enjoying the water, didn't think I would lol
tomorrows goal is to start some exercise and hope that this weight starts to come off!
Wish me luck :D

Good luck on reaching your goal. I really wish you would re-consider the shakes. From past experience, it is better to eat food instead of sucking down a shake. Makes you feel fuller and will last longer. If you could try cutting out the grains for a week and having around 3 oz serving of fish or chicken at each meal along with veggies, you will feel better and the pounds will go. This approach is a more sustainable than shakes.

I know, its not a long term plan! I'm just doing this for a few weeks and then I'm going to take one shake away and have a meal for the same about of calories and then do the same a few weeks later so then I'll be having three meals a day for the same calories but at the moment its too hard not to eat everything lol so if I only have to think about one meal a day its much easier, but definitely not something I plan to do long term lol

Good luck! Just get started and tweak your foods over time. You can do it!
