This is what I weighed yesterday morning. On Wednesday I weighed 68.8kg and today it was 69.4kg so I'll record the middle one and aim to be there or lower by next Friday. Last week it peaked to 69.7kg on Friday and dropped again to 69.2kg on Saturday. I'm hoping to be below 69 by the end of this month and stabilise in the 68s. March can still be a good month even though we're almost half way through already. Spring is on it's way!!! xxx
