Yesterday I did the core exercise, increased my upper body weights and went dancing. It was a busy night...I didnt sleep much and my workout is being pushed back until I can get some energy...hopefully this afternoon. We will see if these pounds lost are a true reflection of the increased activity I had yesterday!
