Well, I know what my maintenance calories are because I have been at 161 since my last weigh in. I will not give up and I will keep trying - I got to lose this weight!!!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
