OK. Back at it .. Broke the 330 barrier and made it to gym twice this week ... three times counting today.
Tough 45 minutes at the gym but it feels great. Need to eat more protein but eating vegetables and keeping below 1400 calories per day. Good luck to all my FS buddies.
328.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 88.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
