...Not a happy girl right now.

This is so disappointing. I had a horrible week, though, so it shouldn't come as a surprise.

Sunday was particularly horrible. McDonald's and alfredo pasta and diner breakfast and drinks...the majority of it probably came from Sunday alone!

I wish I could say I could turn this around and lose more by next week but the odds are looking pretty slim. While I do have yoga three times this week, it's my last shifts at Fridays (and I'm eating my favorite foods there) and I'm out of healthy food in my apartment and have no time to get more. I'll be a good girl on Easter, though...that one I can do.

Next week, though! I won't have my class anymore, I should have a major design finished, Fridays will be over...there should be an extra couple hours in there to exercise, prepare healthy meals and do some resting.

Friday's has some healthier options! At least instead of having their 900 calorie cheesecake like I did last time I went (I split it, not that it's much better), you could have one of their light entrees like those shrimp sticks with broccoli. Even having water instead of soda or alcohol would help. Just try to make one better decision with each meal (like having a Sante Fe Salad with no chicken from McDonalds with your fries or having pasta with red sauce instead of heavy alfredo) you'll be better with your calories! Even swapping out drinks can help - I read somewhere that 40% of American's calories come from drinks alone, ew! Personally, I'd rather eat my calories versus drink them. Good luck! :)

Well, that's what I usually eat...but as it's my last week there I want to eat the things I'm going to miss. :( I would usually have a chicken breast with fresh veggies or maybe even a chicken breast with a cup of soup and my calorie count for eating there would be less than 500. However, since I really won't have many opportunities to eat the Bruschetta Chicken Pasta or the Peanut Butter Pie again I've been eating them. (Not only will I not be working there but the guy I'm dating and I don't go to chain restaurants. We're not fans of them) Haha, I KNOW! I don't know how people can kill their calories with the things they drink! I drink water, green/herbal tea and Coke Zero primarily with the occasion chai latte or cup of coffee (which I keep under 50 calories). I used to drink calories like a fiend; it's one diet change that has stuck with me since high school! Drinking 1000 calories a day just baffles me! Thank you!
