Slept 4.4hrs last night

Lunch not pictured. My 94 year old Dad made me a white bread, bologna, tomato & lettuce sandwich. He does not cook. It was probably the first sandwich he ever made. I could not refuse.
278.2 lb Lost so far: 67.8 lb.    Still to go: 132.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
