I have to get some almond flour. I knew putting that small amount of breadcrumbs on my porkchop would screw me up. Also no more sausage patties.

Your brain is sneaky. It starts off with small little cheats and works its way in to diminish your resolve. Next thing I know I am being convinced "oh its just a small bag of chips."

All this is a problem for me bc I am a binge eater so I have to stay on track or the next thing I know I am eating a bag of m&ms and a dozen donuts.
315.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah I was trying to find some of that microwave sausage for a quick breakfast item but the ingredients listed "corn syrup solids" of all things :( I love sausage too but it's not exactly lean so I'm with you on giving it up, maybe once in a while but not regularly for sure.
