This morning saw a slight drop, which I'm wondering might be the scale.
Lol.
Feeling very bloated and chunky today so it totally goes against the scale.

But if it continues to go down you won't hear me complain! :)

Last night had the yummiest steak with a nice big fat bit around it... these are the moments that I LOVE the LCHF way of living. I can sit there and eat the steak and some cheeeeeeese after and not feel guilty.
132.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
