TXSnowman's Journal, 07 March 2022

Nice drop of 3.4 lb this week. So far, my Tax Season strategy has been working, so I'll keep doing it. Low Net Carb, reduced calorie diet. For exercise, I set up a workout room in one of my back offices, so I do 30 minutes of exercise and light weights mornings before work, walk the dog 1/2 to 1 mile every night and get a 4 to 5 mile hike in on Sunday. A bit more than 6 more weeks until I can go home and get back to my regular routine.
238.4 lb Lost so far: 91.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
