I'm currently down in my weight by a half a pound. But it's a slow process anyway. But of course pizza and milkshake added to that from yesterday. I'm back on track now. I had gone walking although I'm not feeling good right now. It's not covid I don't think. Pollen count was high yesterday. I think it's the seasonal allergies. I get it every season.
