I think I'm going to have to change my goal weight in here. I'm below it but I think I'm playing mind games with myself...I'm not challenging myself like I was when I was trying to get down. I think knowinmg I'm a little below...I'm cutting myself too much slack and eating stuff I shouldn't because I know I have some wiggle room.
