Day 66: Every time I go to my parents' they offer cake and ice cream, lol.
So yeah... Stuck.
114.4 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you will learn to say no thinks with an occasional sure but very small, I have. Then I adjust my carbs to account for my nibble
