Did reasonably well yesterday, without the Mike's hard black cherry lemonade I was right on track, but sometimes you just gotta have a drink. lol. I only drank half the bottle, so that's a plus!
139.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
