Did a lot of intense hiking for 3 days which left me really sore. I've leveled off, weight-wise, due to muscle gain even though I've been well under my RDI. Still doing great. Just goes to show you can lose a lot of weight and gain muscle eating healthy carbs and gluten in veggies, grains, oils and legumes. Eat your heart out pseudo-science fad diets :-P
