Have still been exersising with EA Active on the Wii, ushualy do that for about 40mins in the morning, ride my bike to and from work. Yesterday I want on a 5 1/2 mile run. It was fun, hopefully will be running in a 10k by the end of the month. I know my eating hasnt been the best, lots of beers on the weekend are slowing me down. This week I will stay off the happy juice as much as possible.
