Been off track for the last couple of weeks. My kids (who live with their father & are 11 & 19) have been over for the summer, and all they eat is junk. lol. Not really, but definitely not low carb! I haven't gained any of the weight I've lost back, but haven't lost any either. Back to it today! They're just gonna have to understand that Mom can't eat like them!
