Yesterdays big difference is I ate my last meal around 6:30, which was three hours before I went to bed. Since I doing at least an hour of weights and/or cardio a day I am going to increase my calories to around 1400. That is a little scary for me since I really want to loos weight.
143.6 lb Lost so far: 8.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey...don't be scared about the 1400 a day. That is what I'm eating and with the P90X program I find that I need it! I still cut about 5 pounds last week! Keep up the good work!!
