Hi everyone
Hectic day guest for late lunch early dinner ( moms friends ) so food prep etc just finished clearing up thankful I sorted dinner earlier ( if I get hungry ) not myself today a bit off hasn’t been a good day hardly slept & then began food prep & cleaning up well it’s time to just sit and have a cuppa once they leave forgive my ranting xxxx
148.8 lb Lost so far: 38.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
