Its been a bad week. Was very lazy and unactive. My only trip to the gym was to do 30 mins on the treadmill. :(

I also was not eating as well as I should. I ran out of snacks at work and haven't gotten to the store to replenish. That threw off my eating schedule of every few hours. So disappointed in myself. Oh well, back at it tomorrow. I will try to stay within reason tonight but it is my future Sister-in-Laws bachelorette party. They have a whole day/overnight trip planned. Normally I would drink all day and eat garbage. Im going to try not to be TOO bad.

The good thing is tomorrow starts a crazy summer full of things to keep me active. Monday nights I decided to continue the belly dance class and this session is a 'burn' class. It will be go go go! Very good cardio. Tuesday nights we have our trainer. Wednesday nights I'll have free. Thursday we want to go to the gym on our own. Fridays I am free. Saturday mornings we meet with the trainer. Sundays I have joined a sand volleyball league.

I am very nervous about starting to play volleyball. I have only ever played in a small above ground pool! A girl I work with asked me join her team. It made me feel pretty good that she asked! I figure it can be fun and its something different to do and stay active. The bad part is it is at a bar. I can be disciplined and not drink but I know I will have at least a few beers throughout the season. :)

Volleyball sounds like so much fun!!! I used to play volleyball in high school. It was my favorite! I had a mean serve and mastered the bump/set. Hahaha, but I was way to short to do the spiking! =) I miss that! Enjoy it for me! Doing it in the sand is so much more physical too, it should be a great work out! =)
