Finalmente si perde un altro chilo...ne mancano solo 10 *-*... devo ammettere che la dieta 60 20 20 è ottima rispetto a quella precedente e con le stesse calorie ho più energia.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
