昨天做了失敗的麵包就導致亂吃試吃品,我需要控制這種行為,其實下次就丟掉就好!
107.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
