Down 1.8 lb this week. That's acceptable considering that I spent 12 - 13 hours per day at my desk working and only got away for one 5 mile hike all week.
244.2 lb Lost so far: 85.8 lb.    Still to go: 54.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
