Great first five days! I'm sure most of what I lost was water weight so I'm not expecting this kind oc loss every week. 2 pounds s week from now on would be great! Exercise was no problem. I xm eating clean so this was great although I had dime bread cracker cookie cravings but didn't cave. The big challenge will be next week while I am away at my mothers place for April break with the kids. Gotta keep on it and not give in to pizza etc
166.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
