Dropped off from closely watching what I was eating as work was busy and stressful the last two weeks.
Trying to work out a routine to fit I’m structured exercise as I constantly feel like I don’t have time.
198.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
