Had a stressful week that included alcohol. Stuck to my diet but kicked myself out of keto due to wine and bourbon. Also bloated this weekend so I’m holding on to a lot of water. Will do much better this week and get back in ketosis
167.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don’t kick yourself. It was a very stressful week. Even when I tried to work out I couldn’t get into it for thinking about saylor. Bloating certainly counts for that. Women have an unfair monthly gain to contend with.

Thank you! I had actually lost a pound when I weighed when we got home from the hospital. However the past couple of nights I have drank a little too much and of course bloated this weekend so trying not to beat myself up too much because I know it’s just water weight at the moment and should hopefully go back down
