Was doing great but stopped gym workout for three days. Why? What is that song? I got one less problem to worry about? ... food is just so good.
331.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

Food is good, but how you'll feel as you keep working hard toward your goal and seeing the progress is even better. No worries about missed days or what is past, just resolve yourself to get back to the gym and doing what needs to be done....you can do this!
