Monday Morning Confession
I have been having stomach issues and have not been eating a whole lot or logging what I ate this weekend so I was surprised to see a loss. And surprised because when I did feel like eating it was not always the best choices but I was careful not to over do it. *phew*
I have also seriously slacked on the whole workout but got up and did T25 this morning and it was not as horrible as it has been. Hooray!
Any Monday morning confessing going on today?
