Measured myself for the first time yesterday now that I've started on a three-month whole body conditioning program with dumbbells. I believe my biceps have gotten bigger since I started lifting but since I made the mistake of not measuring when I started, that may be wishful thinking. We'll see what the tale of the tape is three months from now. The dumbbell set I ordered has been in transit from the seller to the carrier for several days. They must be using a pack mule - LOL. I don't see why they're shipping it two-day priority mail when they're taking so long to get it out of the warehouse.

I just discovered a DIY hack that should keep the exercise area cooled off this summer: how to build a home-made AC unit with a styrofoam cooler, two dryer vents, and a fan for $8. I have whole apartment AC but I don't want to heat every room - just the one I'm exercising in!
157.5 lb Lost so far: 6.7 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
