Starting to get back on track with WW, however, I'm going on vacation next week and I anticipate there will be lots of beer and BBQing. I expect that my next weigh-in will be a little disappointing.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
