運動也做了,也大便了,還是瘦不了.歸結原因,ㄧ,吃太多美濃瓜,二,喝很多甜飲料,三,最近試吃了很多甜食,一口一口的這樣吃,以為是少量確不知不覺得吃多了,最後如果自己沒毅力改變就別抱怨了!
