weight is down but tape.measure registers the same in inches but people are starting to comment on the differences so I must be loosing where I am not measuring 😉...

I also have people coming up to me at the gym commenting on my workout.

overall it's been a really good week!

169.8 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
