Wife brought Qdoba home unexpectedly last night. I didn't plan for those calories, but the dish itself seemed pretty reasonable. Brown rice, grilled chicken, a bunch of vegetables and salsa and a big glob of guacamole. Had I skipped the chips I think it would have been a very good meal. Oh well.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
