Working hard, reduced calories, and going to the gym as often as possible. loving my new routines. Using adsvocare Spark for my workouts and its amazing.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you ever tried any of the Elite Line with your workouts? I used the Arginine Extreme and Catalyst every morning before I run...can totally feel the difference! And my teeth are whiter lol
