Today was pretty good. I took Michael in to day camp this morning then headed to feed the horses. We stopped and picked up donuts for breakfast before heading to the pool. After swimming we came home and took a nap before picking Michael up from day camp. We have about an hour and a half before it is Michael's turn to go to swim lessons.
I had 1 1/2 cake donuts this morning for breakfast, a can of vienna sausages and a serving of reduced fat wheat thins. I am now eating a half of tuna sandwich.
No exercise today, it is so hot outside. I am hoping to go for a walk tonight after it starts cooling down.
